Early on a Saturday morning, Indian athletes exhibited their exceptional skills in archery and women’s kabaddi at the Asian Games 2023 , which paved the way for India’s coveted 100th medal. The individual compound archery events witnessed the triumph of Jyothi Vennam and Praveen Ojas, who clinched gold medals in their respective categories. However, Chinese Taipei mounted a spirited comeback in the second half, momentarily overtaking India and even eliminating all Indian players from the court, earning two additional points.
