    NEET PG 2022 Test : Know The Supreme Court Opinion Now

    NEET PG 2022 Test: The Supreme Court today (Friday), refused to postpone the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2022, according to live reports coming in now. The exam is slated to be conducted on May 21. The plea was filed by a group of doctors.

    The highest court said that any further extension will have cascading effect on the admission schedule fixed by the court in January 2016. As per this, NEET PG 2022 is already delayed by 4 months.

    The Centre said that NEET-PG 2023-24 has been fixed in January 2023 and the effort of govt is to get back on track the admission schedule that was derailed due to covid-19 for last 2 years.

    NEET PG 2022 Test : Further delay will lead to negative impact

    SC said that any further extension will have cascading effect on the admission schedule fixed by Court in January 2016. As per this, NEET PG 2022 is delayed already by four months. The Centre submitted that NEET-PG 2023-24 has been fixed in January 2023 and the effort of government is to get back on track the admission schedule that was derailed by pandemic for last two years.

    ‘Postponement of any exam is replete with serious consequences.” says SC as it refuses to interfere with the NEET PG 2022 as it holds needs of patient care has to be paramount.
