August 5, 2025: MERGEN Corporates today announced the launch of its largest ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) Digital Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad. The CoE will house 50+ ServiceNow professionals at inception, with plans to double its headcount by early 2026.

With a total planned investment of $1 million, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to bolster Mergen’s capacity to deliver next-gen digital workflows, automation, and AI-driven solutions through the Now Platform®, helping enterprises streamline operations and scale intelligently.

“The CoE strengthens our commitment to execution speed and business value,” said Mahanth Mallikarjuna, Founder & CEO, MERGEN. “We’re building specialized solutions across industries while scaling certified ServiceNow talent.”

MERGEN CoE to fuel the Talent Engine for India’s ServiceNow Ecosystem

The new CoE kicks off with an initial investment of $500,000 and occupies a 150-seat facility at Mergen’s Global Delivery Center. An additional 8,000 sq. ft. expansion is in the pipeline, backed by a second $500,000 injection.

The Center will create over 50 new roles in AI and workflow automation over the next 12 months, focusing on:

  • Low-code development & AIOps
  • Industry-specific solutions for BFSI, healthcare, energy, retail
  • Accelerated ServiceNow project delivery
  • Expansion into four new verticals

This move comes at a critical juncture in India’s AI and enterprise tech maturity. Speaking at the launch, Ganesh S. Lakshminarayanan, GVP, Sales and Managing Director, India & SAARC at ServiceNow, said:

“Our AI Maturity Index shows that 68% of Indian leaders are still defining their AI strategies. Mergen’s investment in skilled talent and platform expertise is exactly what’s needed to push the ecosystem forward.”

Comprehensive ServiceNow Solutions for Modern Enterprises

Mergen’s CoE will deliver end-to-end implementation and managed services, supporting both greenfield and brownfield ServiceNow deployments.

The offerings span across:

  • Core modules: ITOM, IRM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, AIOps
  • Industry solutions: OTSM, TSM, PSDS, FSM, ERP modernization

With certified talent and domain-centric expertise, the CoE positions Mergen to deliver customized, scalable solutions for global clients across financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, public sector, and more.

Empowering Transformation with Real-World Impact

Mergen has already delivered AI-powered telehealth in healthcare, supply chain optimization in manufacturing, and cloud transformations in retail and telecom. The CoE will now amplify these capabilities, enabling enterprises to overcome bottlenecks, adopt AI, and scale faster.

For tech professionals and ServiceNow aspirants, this also marks a strong signal: India’s ServiceNow talent ecosystem is expanding, and it’s time to skill up.
