Over 330 exhibitors, including a diverse range of international and private sector participants, gathered for three days of innovation, education, and business networking. This event not only showcased millet’s versatility in the food market but also emphasized its role in sustainable agriculture.

The Millets fair featured 36 millet startups, alongside 15 regional federations, each eager to present groundbreaking millet-based products.
