Angamaly, Kerala, 16th September 2025: RCC Nutrafill’s new food processing and life sciences manufacturing facility in Angamaly was launched with a foundation stone-laying ceremony attended by Shri. P. Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir. The facility, spread across 5 acres, aims to create 500 jobs and strengthen Kerala’s industrial footprint.
Rajeev commended the company for its investment, highlighting its potential to boost local employment, foster skill development, and drive regional economic growth. The facility will feature cutting-edge technology, including USDA-accredited processes for food safety and extended shelf life, supporting industries like food, marine, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.
With Phase 1 expected to be completed in 24 months, the project positions Angamaly as a key hub for innovation in food processing and life sciences.
The ceremony, held at the KSIDC Business Park, was attended by key dignitaries, including Shri. P. Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir, Government of Kerala. The minister, along with government officials and RCC Nutrafill’s leadership, marked the occasion with the laying of the foundation stone for what is set to become a key facility for food, marine, spice, agricultural, and medical product processing.
5-Acre Facility Aims to Boost Local Industry
The project is a significant addition to Kerala’s industrial landscape, with the state government expressing support for its potential to generate significant local employment. “The RCC Nutrafill facility in Angamaly will contribute not only to the industrial growth of the region but also to Kerala’s broader economic development,” said Shri. P. Rajeev during the ceremony. “We are committed to supporting the project as it develops and look forward to seeing its positive impact on the local economy.”
RCC Nutrafill Facility Focuses on Job Creation and Skill Development

In addition to providing direct and indirect employment opportunities, the facility will focus on creating a skilled workforce, with an emphasis on training and development. RCC Nutrafill aims to foster innovation while contributing to Kerala’s growth as a center for food processing and life sciences.
