The 60-Day Office: How iSprout is Winning the GCC Race in Hyderabad
SHARE

Wednesday, Hyderabad, April 1, 2026:  iSprout is cementing its dominance in the managed workspace sector, unveiling a massive 5.6 lakh sq. ft. facility at Minaas Towers today. This latest move pushes the company’s Hyderabad footprint to over 17 lakh sq. ft., signaling a major bet on the city’s booming Global Capability Center (GCC) market.

The new 20-storey commercial hub isn’t your typical co-working setup. iSprout is ditching “one-size-fits-all” templates for high-spec, custom-built environments. The facility targets heavy hitters, enterprises and GCCs requiring anywhere from 100 to 3,000+ seats.

iSprout New Facility is Built for Speed and Scale

In a market where global firms need to be “plug-and-play” ready, iSprout is slashing setup times. While traditional offices can take half a year to build out, iSprout promises custom, brand-aligned workspaces in just 60 days.

“GCCs don’t have the luxury of waiting six months to set up,” says Sreenivas Tirdhala, Co-Founder & CSO. “They need to be operational from Day 1. At Minaas Towers, the demand is already clear, 10 of the 20 floors are already leased to top-tier firms.”

Strategic Growth by the Numbers

This launch is the crown jewel of an aggressive national expansion. iSprout’s portfolio now spans:

  • 26 centers across 8 major Indian cities.
  • Total area exceeding 23.8 lakh sq. ft.
  • A client base of 350+ companies, including Fortune 500 giants.

The company’s growth trajectory is steep; its managed office capacity has surged from 14,000 seats in 2024 to 43,000 seats in 2026.

Location and Amenities

The Minaas Towers site offers more than just desks. Positioned near HITEC City and Gachibowli, it features direct metro connectivity, high-end restaurants, and premium coffee shops. The infrastructure includes enterprise-grade IT, collaboration suites, and specialized support teams designed to let businesses focus on growth rather than facilities management.

CEO and Co-Founder Sundari Patibandla emphasized that Hyderabad remains the heart of their strategy. “We take full responsibility for workspace management, enabling enterprises to do what they do best,” she noted.

With long-term leases and a focus on scalable campuses, iSprout is positioning itself as the primary infrastructure partner for the next wave of global investment in India.
