The film’s unit recently announced that the second schedule was completed in Hyderabad in May. And now, through an intriguing post, Thalapathy 66’s producers have made a huge update about the film.
The makers made an official announcement on Sunday, announcing that the actor’s first look from Thalapathy 66 will be released on June 21, a day before his birthday. A shadow of Vijay in a monochromatic tone may also be seen on the poster.

While speculations have been rife for a long time that Rashmika Mandanna will play the leading lady opposite Thalapathy Vijay in Thalapathy 66, the development was confirmed by the film’s makers on her birthday, April 5. Sharing the same, production house Sri Venkateswara Creations’ Twitter handle said, “Wishing the talented and gorgeous @iamRashmika a very Happy Birthday !
