Reportedly over 18 lakh students appeared for NEET Exam 2022 (The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG)) which was held today, July 17. NEET UG 2022 was conducted as a centre-based test for applicants seeking admission to undergraduate medical and allied programmes in medical colleges.
NEET 2022 exam was held from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. NEET UG was held for 18,72,341 medical aspirants and the NEET 2022 analysis will be updated after the end of the exam. NTA will issue the NEET 2022 answer key and also make provisions for raising grievances against it.
With Covid around, medical aspirants is required to submit a self-declaration form along with the NEET UG 2022 admit card indicating their health status. The UG medical aspirants will also be required to paste a coloured postcard size photograph, or a 4 inch x 6 inch photograph, on the NEET admit card. Along with the NEET OMR sheets, candidates will also be required to submit the NEET UG admit cards.

NEET 2022 admit card was available on the official websites — neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. To access the NEET UG admit cards 2022, candidates will be required to use their application numbers and dates of birth. NEET is held in pen-and-paper mode in 546 cities throughout the country including 14 cities outside India.
A large section of aspirants earlier flooded social media with requests to postpone NEET 2022. The demand to reschedule NEET 2022 was made in view of the flood situation in many cities, as well as, the delay caused due to NEET 2021 counselling. The admit cards for NEET 2022 were made available from July 12 onwards. Along with the NEET 2022 hall tickets, NTA released the NEET 2022 self-declaration undertaking and exam day guidelines.
Despite the requests for postponement, the NEET Exam 2022 UG exam was held in 497 cities in India and 14 cities abroad.

The candidates who have appeared in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2022) exam today, July 17 found the paper easy except few sections in Chemistry. Sahil Chowdhury, a NEET UG 2022 aspirant told Careers360, that the Biology, Physics section were easy, however the Physical Chemistry was a bit difficult. “The paper was relatively easy compared to the previous year. Extra 20 minutes provided by NTA was really helpful,” the candidate said.
