In the field of water resources management, India and Jordan will collaborate to share best practices in water conservation, efficiency, and technological innovation, aiming to strengthen long-term water security in the region.
Twinning of Petra and Ellora, Cultural Programmes Highlight PM Modi’s Jordan Visit
A Twinning Agreement between Petra and Ellora has been signed to foster heritage conservation, boost tourism, and promote academic exchanges. This agreement is expected to open new avenues for cultural collaboration and knowledge sharing between the historic sites.
The Cultural Exchange Programme (2025-2029) has been renewed to deepen people-to-people ties, encouraging greater engagement in arts, education, and cultural initiatives between India and Jordan.
In addition, both countries will collaborate on digital innovation, leveraging India’s expertise to support Jordan’s digital transformation and promote inclusive governance across public services.
