December 27, 2025: Bollywood icon Salman Khan marked a landmark moment in his life as he turned 60, choosing to celebrate the occasion away from the spotlight yet firmly in the embrace of those closest to him. The actor hosted an intimate but high-profile birthday gathering at his Panvel farmhouse, a location that has become a personal retreat and a recurring backdrop for his annual celebrations.
The evening saw Salman arrive with his parents, veteran writer Salim Khan and Salma Khan, along with his siblings Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan and sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alvira Khan Agnihotri. The celebration doubled as a special family moment, as December 27 also marks the birthday of Salman’s niece Ayat, making the occasion even more meaningful for the Khan household.
While the guest list was selective, it featured some of the most recognisable names from film and sport. Actors Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur were spotted at the venue, as was former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni. Riteish Deshmukh attended with wife Genelia D’Souza and their sons, while filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar, actor Huma Qureshi, producer Ramesh Taurani, Nikhil Dwivedi and Sangeeta Bijlani were also seen joining the celebrations.

Despite the tight security, Salman made a brief appearance outside the farmhouse to cut a birthday cake with photographers gathered at the venue. The moment quickly spread across social media, where fans flooded timelines with birthday wishes for the superstar.
The celebrations extended beyond Panvel. Mumbai paid its own tribute as the Bandra-Worli Sea Link was illuminated with a birthday message for the actor, reading “Happy Birthday, Bhai.” The gesture underlined Salman Khan’s enduring popularity and the deep emotional connection he shares with his fans even after more than three decades in the industry.
Salman’s career began in 1988 with Biwi Ho To Aisi, and over the years he has built an unmatched legacy across genres, from family dramas and romantic hits to high-octane action films. Titles such as Hum Aapke Hain Koun…?, Saajan, Andaz Apna Apna, Partner and No Entry continue to enjoy cult and mass appeal.
Looking ahead, the actor is preparing for Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film is inspired by the historic clash fought at extreme altitudes and is scheduled for release in 2026. Salman has described the project as physically demanding, signalling yet another intense phase in his long-running career.
As he steps into a new decade, Salman Khan’s 60th birthday served as a reminder of his lasting influence, a superstar who continues to command attention, loyalty and admiration, both on screen and beyond.
