Apple Music Classical, a new app catering to classical music enthusiasts, is set to launch on March 28. The app will be available worldwide in countries where Apple Music is offered, except for China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, with those regions set to follow soon. Apple Music Classical will offer a rich and curated experience for both iOS and Android users, and will be free for existing Apple Music subscribers.

The app will run on all iPhone models running iOS 15.4 or later. It is said to be the “ultimate classical music experience,” offering hundreds of expertly curated playlists, thousands of exclusive albums, and detailed biographies of composers. Additionally, in-depth guides on significant works, user-friendly browsing tools, and a host of other features will be available.

Apple Music has promised that the audio tracks will be streamed in the “highest audio quality available” of up to 192 kHz/24 bit Hi-Res Lossless and with Spatial Audio support. Moreover, Apple will provide additional metadata to help users identify the work and the artist playing, as well as thousands of editorial notes with composer biographies, key works descriptions, and more.

Apple Music Classical Now Ready for Pre-Order on App Stores

Interested users can pre-order the Apple Music Classical app today on the App Store. Once the pre-order is complete, Apple Music Classical will automatically download at launch to enable immediate listening for users who have Auto Update turned on in their settings. However, the Android app for the same is ‘coming soon’ and may be launched after the iOS release.

Apple Music Classical is expected to change the way people listen to classical music by offering an immersive experience. The app’s expertly curated playlists will allow listeners to explore and discover new classical music, while the detailed biographies of composers and in-depth guides on significant works will provide users with the necessary background information. The app’s user-friendly browsing tools will make it easy for users to find the perfect piece of music for their mood.

With the highest audio quality available, Apple Music will provide an unparalleled listening experience for classical music enthusiasts. Additionally, the app’s metadata and editorial notes will allow users to learn more about the works and the artists they are listening to.

In conclusion, Apple Music is set to be a game-changer in the classical music industry. Its expertly curated playlists, exclusive albums, and detailed biographies of composers will provide an immersive experience for classical music enthusiasts. With the app’s high-quality audio tracks and user-friendly browsing tools, users will be able to discover and explore classical music like never before.
