Miheeka Daggubati’s ART Connect: LUME/VYANA Unmissable in Hyderabad
LUME / VYANA features the works of UMA Silver Designs and TALLIN Jewels, alongside a collection of 30+ artworks across mediums including sculpture, design objects, digital installations, and fine jewellery. Each work has been selected to embody one of two curatorial themes: LUME, representing illumination, refinement, and structural elegance; and VYANA, expressing pulse, rhythm, and expressive sensuality.
Explaining the idea behind Art Connect and its debut exhibition, Miheeka Bajaj Daggubati, Founder of The Art Connect, said, “Art Connect is about sparking conversations — between people and artworks, between artists and audiences, and between familiar and new voices in the art world.”
Miheeka adds, “Hyderabad, a city known for its layered heritage and growing design consciousness, forms an ideal backdrop for LUME // VYANA, our inaugural edition curated in collaboration with A&H Colab is for every connoisseur of art to immerse, interact, and discover diverse art forms from across India.”
“This presentation is a shared vision with Art Connect. The exhibition draws the viewer to inhabit a space where light reveals form and energy sustains it, where art and design converge in a choreography of brilliance,” said Amrita Kilachand and Hina Oomer Ahmed founders of A&H Colab which provides a platform for artists and galleries to exhibit their works alongside objects of art from both established and emerging creators.
The creators of UMA Silver Designs, founded by Khyathi and Manish Jetwani, known for bespoke hand-made silver and silver-plated heirlooms, and Akshat Ghiya, founder of TALLIN Jewellery, which blends Indian maximalism with Italian sensibilities, mixing unusual stones and cuts echoed:
“LUME // VYANA is a perfect platform that embodies clarity, elegance, and revelation. With art and design increasingly intersecting in both public and private spaces, LUME // VYANA offers a timely reflection on how we live with objects, how we collect and connect with them, and how beauty can be both contemplative and charged.”
Entry is open to the public, and visitors are invited to walk through the space between 11 AM and 7 PM on Monday 15th September 2025. Select works will be available for acquisition. The event is also supported by Fratelli Vineyards.
