IPL 2023 Match 60 is heading for a nail biting finish, as the RCB Vs RR match gets highly engaging. Rajasthan Royals faced off against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Match 60 of IPL 2023 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday. RR, who are still in contention for playoffs, started their chase of 172 against RCB with a top order collapse as Jaiswal and Buttler departed for two-ball ducks and Samson was sent packing for four off five balls. The hosts faced a big task in front of them.

In the first innings of IPL 2023 Match 60 RCB Vs RR, Faf du Plessis-led RCB put up a competitive total of 171 for five against Rajasthan Royals after opting to bat first. Captain Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell stitched a 69-run partnership for the second wicket and scored half-centuries each. However, RCB lost four wickets for just 18 runs in the middle order as spinner Adam Zampa and medium pacer KM Asif picked up two wickets apiece for Rajasthan.

The match was also a battle between the two most impactful batters of this edition of IPL, young Yashasvi Jaiswal and veteran Faf du Plessis. Both were in scintillating form and were the top-two run-getters in the tournament so far. While du Plessis led the scoring charts with 576 runs from 11 innings, including six half-centuries and a best of 84, Jaiswal was a close second with 575 runs from 12 knocks that included four fifties and a 124-run knock.

RCB, who have suffered losses against MI and DC in their last two games, were hoping to turn their fortunes around. Meanwhile, the Royals returned to winning ways with a comprehensive nine-wicket victory over KKR on Thursday after three consecutive defeats.
