At the conclusion of Saturday’s Premium Live Event, Extreme Rules 2022, Bray Wyatt made his much-discussed return to the WWE. The former Universal Champion has now returned as a result of the White Rabbit vignettes that WWE had been playing in various arenas.
Bray Wyatt‘s eagerly anticipated return to the WWE, which came almost a year after his departure, was a delight for the company’s fans on Saturday at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
With his Wyatt Family and The Fiend persona receiving high appreciation from both fans and critics, Wyatt is regarded as one of the most gifted storytellers in wrestling right now.
WWE Champion Bray Wyatt is back in Extreme Rules 2022
Before losing to Roman Reigns in 2020, The Fiend’s reign as the Universal Champion saw him capture the title twice. Alexa Bliss served as Wyatt’s assistant in a storyline involving Randy Orton and both of them. Wyatt, however, lost Bliss last year at WrestleMania, and after his defeat by Orton, he took a break from wrestling.
WWE unexpectedly let Wyatt go in July 2021. During the previous year, many people had speculated that he would defect to Tony Khan’s AEW.
Currently, and in whatever capacity, the former WWE Champion is back with the organisation. We now know who was intended for the vignettes about a certain White Rabbit that played for weeks in the venues where RAW, SmackDown, and WWE Live Events were hosted.
The commentary team was perplexed as to what was going on after the Seth Rollins and Matt Riddle Fight Pit battle concluded since the arena’s lights suddenly went off.
