Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav, the Indian spin combo of have had a fantastic tournament thus far in the IPL. The combination, known as ‘KulCha,’ used to be regulars for the Indian cricket team, but they have been not in the limelight in recent years due to both inconsistent form and injury issues.
Come IPL 2022, Yuzvendra Chahal has been an outstanding performer for Rajasthan Royals this season, having taken 17 wickets in six matches since joining them. This included a superb hat-trick against Kolkata Knight Riders, which featured the wickets of Andre Russell and Pat Cummins, two threatening batsmen.
Kuldeep Yadav on the other hand is second on the wicket taker list with 13 wickets, an excellent result for the Delhi Capitals spinner after not playing a single game this season.
Both spinners are currently leading the tournament in wicket-taking, and they will be pitted against one other when Delhi Capitals take on Rajasthan Royals on Friday.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) got one in the form of Kuldeep Yadav back in 2016. The tweaker was still taking baby steps among the big boys of cricket and the Indian Premier League (IPL) contract with the two-time champions would have done his confidence a world of good.

While he operated with Ravi Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja in the longest format, he got an apt partner in Yuzvendra Chahal in limited-overs cricket. The duo made inroads into the opposition batting lineups with the utmost ease. Like Kuldeep, Chahal was also in the early stages of his international career after performing well for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
