Adele is celebrating 2022 in style as she picked up her fourth Beverly Hills Residence by buying Sylvester Stallone home. According to reports Stallone initially advertised the eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom property for $110 million in January 2021, then reduced the price to $85 million in May, but Adele was apparently closed the deal for $58 million.
This is Adele’s fourth Beverly Hills residence, having purchased her second most recent 90210 addition from Nicole Richie in June of 2021. Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington are among Adele’s new neighbours in the gated enclave where the house is located, so she won’t be the only celebrity wandering the streets.

From the outside, the contemporary Mediterranean home appears big, with a huge vehicle court and oversized arched entrances leading into the house. The house is ideal for parties, with a screening room, cigar room, and custom bar.
The numerous living areas have a plethora of windows and french doors that lead out to the 3.5-acre backyard, which includes covered dining and lounging areas, a putting green, and an infinity pool that is well situated to take in the city and canyon views.
