February 20, 2025: Hyderabad is set to become a focal point for healthcare transformation as BioAsia 2025 welcomes 80 disruptive startups from across the globe. Scheduled for February 25-26, this leading life sciences and healthcare event will highlight breakthroughs in cancer screening, drug discovery, and medical technology, driving advancements that could reshape the industry.

This year’s event will feature startups pioneering innovations in biotechnology, artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery, precision medicine, and medical devices. Solutions targeting early cancer detection, advanced diagnostics, and personalized therapeutics will take center stage, reflecting the rapidly evolving landscape of global healthcare.

BioAsia 2025 offers more than just a platform for startups to showcase innovations. Selected participants will benefit from exclusive networking sessions, mentorship from top industry experts, and potential collaborations with global investors and healthcare leaders.

“The strong response from both domestic and international startups underscores the importance of BioAsia as a global hub for innovation. Telangana continues to position itself as a leader in life sciences, and BioAsia 2025 will provide a critical boost to promising ventures,” stated D Sridhar Babu, Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister.

The state has witnessed rapid growth in the life sciences sector, attracting significant global attention. IT & Industries Secretary Jayesh Ranjan highlighted that Telangana’s ecosystem offers immense opportunities for startups and investors alike.

From an initial pool of 700 applicants, a panel of industry leaders and academicians meticulously selected 80 startups to participate in the event. The top five will gain the prestigious opportunity to present their groundbreaking solutions during BioAsia’s valedictory session, maximizing their exposure to global investors and healthcare giants.

BioAsia 2025 is more than just a conference—it is a melting pot of scientific minds, policymakers, and industry pioneers working together to push the boundaries of healthcare innovation. With collaborations from organizations like BIRAC (Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council), the event solidifies its role in accelerating biotech breakthroughs on a global scale.
