Hyderabad: Police have arrested Pushpa Actor Jagadeesh (Keshav), who played a supporting role in Allu Arjun’s `Pushpa’. He was arrested in connection with the suicide of a 31-year-old junior artist.
Panjagutta police station registered a case after the artist took her life on November 29.
According to the Panjagutta police, the junior artist ended her life on November 29. Post a detailed investigation, the police concluded that Jagadeesh was responsible for her suicide.

After investigation, the police revealed the events leading to the woman’s tragic death. On November 27, Jagadeesh secretly took pictures of the woman without her consent while she was with a companion. Subsequently, he used the images to blackmail her. Distraught by the incident, the woman took her own life.
The Pushpa Actor Jagadeesh had been on the run since the incident. However, he was apprehended today. He has been remanded into custody.
Police revealed that Actor Jagadeesh was previously acquainted with the deceased.
