The scoring runs magic of Virat Kohli was on a high in Hyderabad during the India vs Australia ODI Series. In the final Twenty20 match of the three-match series against Australia on Sunday, King Kohli belted 48 balls for 63 runs. Both on and off the field, Kohli’s emotions reflected his energy and sense of assurance.

After bagging the “Energetic Player of the Match” award following India’s 6-wicket victory over Australia, Virat Kohli was seen making a humorous gesture while running back to his teammates. When he got to the players’ huddle, he also laughed with Glenn Maxwell of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

At Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma were earlier spotted jubilantly celebrating the victory on the stairway leading up to the dressing room. When Hardik Pandya was playing, they were both excitedly watching the game’s final over.

Hardik just stretched out his bat to sneak the ball through short third man for the match-winning boundary as India needed four points off the final two balls. Both Kohli and Sharma erupted into a raucous celebration as soon as Hardik sealed the victory. Daniel Sams, who had just been hammered for a big six in the previous ball, had the final laugh as Kohli made his way back to the pavilion during the second ball of the 20th over.

Putting the Asia Cup defeat behind them, Team India won the T20I series against the current world champions after mounting a great comeback from behind performance. The three-game series was won 2-1 by India. After a three-year absence, India defeated Australia at home in a T20 series with the triumph.
