Kylie who become a mother for the second time, recently broke the record, defeating music sensation Ariana Grande, who previously held it. On Thursday, her Instagram account revealed that she had 300 million followers.
Kylie Jenner, 24, is the first woman on the photo and video-sharing app to cross 300 million followers. However, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to hold the title of having the greatest Instagram following in the world. On the social media platform, he has around 389 million followers. With 460 million followers, Instagram’s official account is the most popular.
On a personal note, Kylie recently took a social media hiatus after ten people died in a stampede at her lover Travis Scott’s performance at Houston’s Astroworld music festival on November 5. She kept a low profile after the tragedy, only posting a photo of her mother on Instagram on December 24.
