Wednesday, June 3, 2026: Apple has revealed the winners of its Apple Design Awards 2026, celebrating 12 apps and games that stand out for creativity, usability, and technical excellence. The awards recognize developers from around the world who have created experiences that are innovative, inclusive, and visually impressive.
Apple Design Awards 2026, winners were chosen from 36 global finalists across six categories: Delight and Fun, Inclusivity, Innovation, Interaction, Social Impact, and Visuals & Graphics. Both an app and a game were selected in each category.
Apple Design Awards 2026: Creativity, Innovation, and Fun Recognized

- Delight and Fun: grug (Ocho, Netherlands) and Is This Seat Taken? (Poti Poti Studio, Spain) for playful, engaging experiences.
- Inclusivity: Guitar Wiz (Bijoy Thangaraj, India) and Pine Hearts (Hyper Luminal Games, UK) for apps and games that welcome all users.
- Innovation: NBA: Live Games & Scores (USA) and Blue Prince (USA) for groundbreaking use of Apple technology.
- Interaction: Moonlitt: Moon Phase Tracker (Italy) and Sago Mini Jinja’s Garden (Canada) for easy-to-use, intuitive interfaces.
- Social Impact: Primary: News in Depth and Consume Me (both USA) for meaningful, life-enhancing experiences.
- Visuals & Graphics: Tide Guide: Charts & Tables (USA) and Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition (Poland) for stunning design and graphics.
